CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Nail Your Impressions: You’re in charge of getting that dental impression right with our mold kit. Any mistakes on that end are on you.
  • Follow the Game Plan: Be sure to follow the mold kit instructions like a pro. If you miss a step and your grillz don’t fit, we can’t be held accountable.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Hit Us Up: If your grillz arrive busted or don’t fit like a glove, slide into our DMs on Insta at @bornco.id with your order number and the lowdown on what’s wrong.
  • Return Request: We might ask you to send the defective grillz back or snap some pics for us to check out.
  • Replacement Game: Once we confirm the issue, we’ll get straight to crafting you a brand-new set—no extra cost, no hassle.

As our grillz are custom, handcrafted pieces, we don't offer refunds once we start cooking. But trust—we stand by our work. If it arrives with a flaw, we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
